Lachlan, the founder of Pure Paella, discovered his passion for food at 18 while working alongside renowned gourmet chef Mark Holland of Food Stuff. During this time, he began refining his paella-making skills, learning the importance of precision and flavor.
 

This formative experience sparked Lachlan's dedication to using only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, an approach that defines every dish he creates. Over the years, he has mastered the art of crafting paella that embodies the rich traditions and vibrant flavors of Spain.

Now, with over a decade of experience, Lachlan and his team are delighted to share their passion for authentic, mouthwatering paella with you through Pure Paella!
